For authenticity or IP complaints specifically, a valid supplier invoice covering recent sales volume is usually worth more than any amount of well-written explanation. Amazon is looking for evidence, not persuasion.

How long it takes

Straightforward performance suspensions can resolve within days of a solid appeal. IP and authenticity cases often take longer and may need a second round with additional documentation. Resubmitting the same appeal without new information rarely speeds this up — a stronger, more specific first or second attempt is worth more than five rushed ones.
